You ("you", "the customer") agree to use the Thredlink service ("we", "us", the "service") according to these terms. We agree to provide the service as described on this site.
You're responsible for keeping your password secure, for everything done under your account, and for the actions of users you invite to your workspace. Don't share login credentials.
Don't use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, illegal content, or content that violates a third party's rights. Don't probe, attack, or attempt to bypass security controls. We can suspend accounts that do.
You own your project content. We get a limited license to store, process, and transmit it solely to deliver the service. We don't claim ownership; we don't use it for ads or training; we don't sell it.
Subscription plans bill on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). Trials end automatically; you must add a payment method to continue posting and receiving scheduled reminders. You can cancel anytime from Profile; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We don't issue pro-rated refunds for partial months.
We aim for high availability but don't promise zero downtime. We're not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, lost messages, or third-party delivery failures (email providers, SMS carriers).
You can cancel at any time. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. On termination, your data stays exportable for 30 days, then is permanently deleted.
We change the product over time — features come and go. We'll email account owners before removing or substantially changing any feature you depend on.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes go to courts in Harris County, Texas, unless required by your local consumer-protection law.
