How does the free trial work?
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Your card is collected at signup but not charged for the first 14 days. Cancel any time before day 15 from your billing page and you pay nothing. If you haven't cancelled by then, your first billing cycle begins automatically at the plan's standard rate.
Do my clients need accounts?
No. Participants get a magic link via email or SMS and can reply directly without ever creating an account or password. The thread comes to them.
Do I need a Twilio account for SMS?
Yes — SMS is bring-your-own. Sign up for Twilio (free to create, ~$1/mo per number, ~$0.008 per SMS), paste your credentials in Workspace Settings, you're live. US carrier rules require the sender identity to match the business — BYO keeps you compliant. Email is included free.
How do lifetime deals work?
Pay once, full access forever — no recurring fee, no subscription to manage. You can pay the full amount up front or split it into monthly installments (the installment plan total may be slightly higher to cover the convenience). Seats are capped per tier; once they're gone, the deal retires.
Can I white-label it?
Yes, on the Agency plan. Your brand name, logo, accent color, and support email replace ours everywhere — emails, the app shell, the magic-link landing page.
What happens after my trial?
You can keep reading your projects, but posting and reminders pause until you upgrade. Nothing gets deleted. Add a card from your profile and you're back.
